- Handle online orders (Amazon, RLF Website) end-to-end.
- Coordinate packaging, dispatch, and courier tracking.
- Maintain updated stock logs and report low inventory.
- Conduct monthly stock reconciliations with the Production Team.
Purchase Vendor Coordination
- Source materials and negotiate with suppliers.
- Maintain purchase records and ensure timely reordering of raw materials.
Reporting Coordination
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Team for invoices, payments, and documentation.
- Work with multiple stakeholders,
including schools, NGOs, printers, logistics partners, and donors.
Skills Required
- Solid communication skills and courteous client-handling ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic accounting tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage operations independently.
- Experience in e-commerce order processing preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic procurement.
