Key Responsibilities

- Define overall hybrid testing strategy and quality assurance framework ensuring optimal balance between manual and automation testing.
- Drive adoption of automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Establish automation governance, framework standards, and quality engineering best practices across projects.
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing effectiveness and delivery quality.
- Lead multiple QA teams ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
- Identify quality risks, automation gaps, and process improvement opportunities while defining mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality KPIs, reporting dashboards, and release readiness criteria.
- Drives improvements in quality metrics such as defect leakage, cycle time, and release readiness.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation expansion, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to QA teams.
