- Molecule Development:
- Develop Pharma and Agro Intermediate molecules.
- Utilize knowledge of multi-step synthesis and exposure to diketene chemistry.
- Adhere to Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP) for sample preparation, impurity isolation, and characterization.
- Research and Optimization:
- Conduct literature searches and route scouting for process development.
- Develop processes at gram scale, scale up, and support plant commercialization.
