Job Description-

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Noida/Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and at least 6 months of experience in an International BPO/Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Eligibility





- Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience is mandatory.
- UG candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
