Job Description UI/UX Designer (React Native Mobile Application)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design and enhance the user experience of our Vitalio mobile application built using React Native. The ideal candidate should have experience designing modern, intuitive, and visually appealing mobile applications with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and user-centric design. The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, React Native Developers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements into engaging mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly mobile application interfaces for Android and iOS using Figma.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Design reusable UI components and maintain a scalable design system for the Vitalio application.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to understand requirements and convert them into seamless user experiences.
- Ensure responsive and consistent UI across different mobile devices and screen sizes.
- Conduct usability studies and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Create design specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines for the React Native development team.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design consistency and resolve UI/UX issues.
- Continuously improve the application's usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile UI/UX trends, design patterns,



and platform guidelines for Android and iOS.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of mobile application designs.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive layouts.
- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
- Strong knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience collaborating with React Native or mobile development teams.
- Understanding of typography, spacing, color theory, iconography, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing healthcare, wellness, fitness, or enterprise mobile applications.
- Familiarity with React Native development workflows.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of design handoff tools and collaboration with development teams.
