About the Role:

AKAASA Technologies is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and career-oriented Fresh Graduates to join our team as Trainee US IT Recruiters.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a successful career in the US IT Staffing and Recruitment Industry. Selected candidates will receive professional training and hands-on exposure to the complete US recruitment process.

Training & Internship Period

Selected candidates will initially undergo a 2-month Training and Internship Program.

Stipend: 12,000 to 15,000 per month

During this period, candidates will receive practical training and exposure to:

- US IT Recruitment Process
- Understanding various IT Technologies and Skills
- Candidate Sourcing through Job Portals and LinkedIn
- Resume Screening and Shortlisting
- Candidate Screening and Initial Interviews
- US Staffing Terminologies and Processes
- Working with T1 and Prime Vendors
- Candidate Submission and Coordination
- Interview Scheduling and Follow-ups

Full-Time Opportunity





Upon successful completion of the 2-month Training and Internship Program, candidates will be evaluated for a full-time position as a US IT Recruiter.

Full-Time Salary: 22,000 to 25,000 per month

The full-time opportunity and compensation will be offered based on the candidate's performance and successful completion of the training period.

Education & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a technical educational background, including:

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of basic IT technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust interest in Recruitment and the US Staffing industry.
- Positive attitude and willingness to build a long-term career in US IT Recruitment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
