About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and prepare/screen candidate profiles accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet hiring deadlines.
