Position: Lead Quality & Process Excellence

Location: Large & Furniture, Farukh Nagar, Haryana, India Department: Fulfillment Operations

Role Purpose

The Lead – Quality & Process Excellence will drive quality, process excellence, and productivity improvement initiatives across fulfillment centers. This role partners closely with Operations to enhance customer experience, improve efficiency, reduce losses, and ensure compliance with established processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Productivity Improvement: Lead initiatives through process optimization, work measurement, and automation.
- Operational Metrics Monitoring: Track and improve KPIs such as Productivity, Inventory DPPM, Damage, Inventory Not Found, Wrong Picking, and Process Compliance.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct RCA and implement CAPA for quality defects and productivity gaps.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and lead Kaizen/Lean projects to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
- Best Practice Implementation: Design, standardize, and roll out best practices across sites.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data, prepare dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:



Partner with Operations and Central teams to deliver sustainable improvements.
- Audit Governance: Drive SOP adherence, audit governance, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor site teams on quality standards, process excellence tools, and continuous improvement practices.
- Automation Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects and automation initiatives to improve operational performance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in process excellence or quality management within supply chain/fulfillment operations.
- Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven track record in driving productivity and quality improvement projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and influence cross-functional teams.
