We are hiring a Tele callers for our Customer Experience team at Stanza Living. The role involves managing resident queries post-onboarding, driving renewals, and ensuring high satisfaction scores through timely resolution and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing residents for stay feedback and check-ins
- Handle inbound queries on billing, maintenance, and services
- Resolve resident complaints and escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams
- Drive lease renewals through proactive follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM after every call
- Coordinate with operations teams to close issues within TAT
- Meet daily/weekly call and resolution targets.
