Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Python AI & Data Science Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solutions using Python.
- Perform data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Develop AI applications using Generative AI/LLMs, NLP, RAG, and AI APIs.
- Build scalable data and ML pipelines and integrate models into production applications.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve model performance.




- Communicate technical concepts and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Python, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
- Robust Python programming skills with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and statistical concepts.
- Good experience with SQL and data processing.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with APIs, Git, Docker, and production deployments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
