Role- F&A; Presales solution-Leadership role

Location- Pan India

Key Responsibilities: 1. Domain Leadership Well versed with F&A; BPS processes and industry leading transformation tools, its implementation and value realization to customers 2. Ability to connect with CXO/CFO in presenting F&A; offerings and solving strategic objectives of outsourcing 3. Manage 500 Mn+ TCV closure per annum 4. Understanding of global F&A; BPS market and its nuances. Experience in key markets NA, EU, UK and APAC. 5. Solution Design: Design comprehensive FAO solutions that meet clients' financial analysis and optimization needs. 6. Interact with analyst in building overall F&A; strategic view and positioning. 7. Team Management 5-10 member senior solution team to manage deal across different regions. 8. Requirements Gathering: Gather and document clients' requirements for FAO solutions. 9. Solution Architecture: Develop solution architectures that align with clients' business strategies and goals. 10. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend FAO technologies, including software and hardware solutions. 11. Implementation Planning: Develop implementation plans for FAO solutions, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 12. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams. Technical Requirements: 1. FAO Technologies:



Experience with FAO technologies, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) software, enterprise performance management (EPM) systems, and business intelligence (BI) tools. 2. Data Management: Experience with data management, including data warehousing, data governance, and data quality. 3. Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Soft Skills Requirements: 1. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication. Experience with CXO connects. 2. Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. 3. Problem-Solving Skills: Solid problem-solving skills, including analytical and creative thinking. Education and Certifications: 1. Education_: MBA , CA, CPA degree in finance or any other Equivalent 2. Certifications_: Certifications in FP&A; software or EPM systems, are preferred. Experience: 1. Minimum Experience_: Overall 15-20 years of experience with minimum 5-8 years of experience in FAO solution architecture, design, and implementation. 2. Industry Experience_: Experience in industries, such as Manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, or retail, is preferred.
