HIRING TEAM LEADER for Customer Support |

Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi
Role: Team Leader Customer Support
Experience: 3 6 Years
Industry: Customer Support

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Customer Support Executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Monitor quality, productivity, attendance, and adherence.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.




- Customer-focused approach with strong escalation-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a BPO/Contact Center/Customer Support setting preferred.

Eligibility:

- Graduate preferred.
- 35 years of relevant experience, including team-handling experience.
- Candidates with strong experience in customer support and people management are encouraged to apply.
