Job Title: Tender Executive

About the Role

Cnergy is looking for a detail-driven Tender Executive to own our tender process from start to finish helping us win more business while keeping every submission sharp, compliant, and on time. You'll be the person who turns a complex set of requirements into a polished, winning proposal, working closely with leadership to shape our bidding strategy.

This is a outstanding role for someone who thrives under deadlines, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You'll Do

- Review tender documents and translate requirements into strong supply and proposal plans
- Clarify bid conditions and manage the end-to-end tender preparation process
- Keep bid management aligned with organisational goals and standards
- Contribute to cost and price calculations
- Coordinate review cycles and deadlines, adapting to each client's timeline
- Own the final submission process checking, binding, packing, and dispatch — ensuring every deadline is met without exception
- Maintain consistent branding and formatting (font, logo, layout) across all submissions, in line with client specifications
- Assess tender scope,



qualification and financial criteria, and risk factors
- Prepare clear presentations and risk matrices for management to support bid approval decisions

What We're Looking For

- A degree in Business or a related field
- Prior experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management is a strong plus (but we welcome strong candidates who are eager to grow into this)
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills — you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Confident negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort working cross-functionally with leadership and technical teams
