Role: Senior Associate Full Stack Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves working on both backend and frontend components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, performant solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Core Java and Spring Boot
- Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using ReactJS
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs with proper security, validation, and error handling
- Work with SQL databases to design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance
- Follow best practices for coding standards, design patterns, and reusable components
- Participate in requirement analysis,



technical design discussions, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and performance issues
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

Mandatory Skills

- Solid proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (REST services, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA)
- Solid experience in ReactJS (functional components, hooks, state management)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (joins, subqueries, performance tuning)

Good to Have

- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
- Exposure to AWS cloud platform and containerization is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
