Role & responsibilities

Strategic Financial Management

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on Financial Performance, Risks, and Growth opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives including Business Expansion, Partnerships, and Capital Planning.

Financial Planning & Control

- Lead the Annual Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis process.
- Monitor financial performance against business plans and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure Cost Optimization, Cash Flow Efficiency and Margin Improvement.

Accounting, Compliance & Governance

- Oversee accurate and timely Financial Reporting in Compliance with Statutory and Regulatory Requirements.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and internal control policies.
- Liaise with Statutory Auditors, Tax Authorities and Regulatory bodies to ensure full Compliance.

Treasury & Working Capital Management

- Manage Cash Flow, Banking Relationships, Fund Utilization.
- Optimize Working Capital and Monitor Credit, Receivables and Payables effectively.





Business Support & Decision Making

- Partner with Business and Operations Teams to provide Financial Insights for Decision-making.
- Support Pricing Strategies, Cost-Benefit Analyses and ROI assessments for existing and current initiatives.
- Implement robust financial MIS and reporting systems for management review.

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounts team along with Purchase/Store, IT Hardware and Legal team.
- Foster a culture of Transparency, Accountability and Performance Excellence.
- Drive Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives in the finance function.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance
- Working knowledge of managing Purchase/Store, IT Hardware and Legal function.
- Post qualification experience of more than 15 years of experience and 3-5 years in a CFO/Business Leadership role.
