Work youll do/Responsibilities
• Provide functional and technical support for Siemens manufacturing execution systems (Opcenter Execution Core or Opcenter Discrete, APS, AIP, Connect MOM, etc.) deployed in various manufacturing domains
• Help implement and maintain processes for Master data setup for products and processes.
• Support go-live / deployment and post go-live success of a Digital transformation through direct functional and technical support with the client
• Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in during development, testing, and deployment phases to verify an end-to-end solution for our clients
• Provide technical solution options to fill the gaps in the application/functional requirements
• Work with Deloitte Team members/ Project Managers/Senior Managers on end to end high level design discussions and long-term approach for sustaining the solution.

The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, STEM, or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience in supporting MES applications
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting or implementing Siemens Opcenter/APS or similar MES systems
• Experience in supporting or implementing MES integrations with shop floor systems, ERP, PLM, and other applications
• Exeprience in debugging issues reported by end users and developing fixes
• Proficient in documenting incidents, requirements, creating and maintaining solution documentation, developing test plans and test cases, executing testing, and fixing issues
• Excellent client communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements/processes and management expertise for large scale digital transformations
• Ability to assist in workshops for requirements validation, data model design and configuration validation
• Demonstrated team-building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in shifts to support different regions
• Ability to work independently without much supervision

Preferred
• Knowledge of MES Design, Development, Testing and Implementation processes. Experience in Siemens MES Global Manufacturing Suites.
• Experience in Opcenter Execution Core or Opcenter Discrete, APS, AIP, Connect MOM
• Experience in interface development
• Experience in SQL
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Internally motivator and work proficiently in a team setting as well as independently.
