Role: CCS DBA & System Admin Role

- Expertise in CC&B; Installation, configuration, deployment upgrading, patching, system monitoring, performance analysis and tuning
- Knowledge of WebLogic and JVM architecture
- Troubleshooting and resolution of CC&B; system or server issues and problems; tracking and driving resolution
- Expertise in OUAF (Framework) Installation, Integrations, WebLogic administration.
- Coordinate with the Network Team, Platform Team, Database Team and Web Team in the support of CCS and related system
- Support of the CC&B; interfaces into the application using the following technologies: Unix scripting, Java, and PL/SQL
- Working knowledge of the UNIX operating system
- Working knowledge of XML/XAI interfaces
- Periodic System maintenance and monitoring
- Batch scheduler monitoring tool Administration




- Oracle CC&B; and Framework Patching, service pack installation setups

Role: CC&B; Technical Lead/Sr.Developer/Developer

• At least 2 Implementation experience.

• Must have Experience in CC&B; technical design and development.

• Design and Develop CC&B; Java, UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, service tasks etc.

• Participate in Client requirement workshop and drive the solution design.

• Prepare functional and technical design document.

• Experience in implementing and unit testing CC&B; features following the technical document.

• Experience in creating real-time interfaces with third-party applications.
