We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage accounting and financial operations for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, monitoring project expenses, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor project expenses and maintain cost records for construction sites.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers regarding payments and billing.
- Maintain records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Track petty cash and site-related expenditures.




- Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
- Maintain accurate records of client payments, agreements, and project-related transactions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-12 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary & Perks

Salary Range: 25000 - 45000 per month (based on experience & skillset).
