Howell is looking for Mid-level, motivated, Technically Sound Person who has extensive Project Handling, System Commissioning, Fault finding, resolution handling experience in BMS ( Building Management System ).

The role is responsible for the management of the projects, spread across Indian Territory. Responsible for system handover and execution with experience in product training and project management.

The person should be result-oriented, with a focus on execution and handling the final handover of the system to customer.

The candidate from ELV (Electronic low voltage) industry is must.

The candidate should have solid experience in ELV systems BMS) of at -least 4-6 years

Reporting: The position reports to the AGM/ DGM

Interfaces with:

• Senior Management

• Functional Management/ Project Teams

• Customers/ Architects/ Consultants

Key responsibilities

He must ensure that the client's requirements are met; the project is completed within the comments and customer satisfaction.

Typical responsibilities include:

1. Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site

requirements.

2. Responsible for Site Handover (Technically)

3. Identifying problems and finding resolution shortcomings with existing systems.

4. Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of





equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.

5. Ensuring the secure testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the

necessary System performance in accordance with project program requirements.

6. Making sure that all the aims of the project are met

7. Making sure the quality standards are met

8. Will be visiting the client / Project sites as and when required.

9. Vetting of the technical documents / Project Plan Documents before the start of project.

10. Impart the training to the site engineer

11. Responsible for effectives of the engineering drawings, schematics and other documentation

Desired profile of the candidate:

1. should be: Graduate (BE/BTech/ in Electronics/ E & C/ Computers, BSC-IT/ BSC-

Electronics/Dip.)

2. Should have excellent communication skills & Should have good command over the English/Hindi. Should have working experience of 4- 6 years in System Commissioning and fault fining analysis and resolution in IBMS .

3. Proven track record of Project Handover-Technically

4. Should be Team Member & Team Builder

5. Multi-site handling capacity

6. Should have excellent computer skills,

7. Male candidates will be required

8. High Degree of technical competence

9.Certified in any BMS .
