Production Triage Skills
upstream API layers (e.g., WSO2) through L7 routing and into IST/Switch processing
The position also demands strong operational visibility fluency across the tools used in IST operationsespecially NetXMS (IST switch–specific monitoring tied to IST DB metrics like queues/TPS)
deep Linux expertise and hands-on application triage and troubleshooting in high-volume production environments
The role also demands solid domain knowledge of payment transaction processing, including a good understanding of ISO 8583 message formats, fields, response codes, and transaction lifecycles
