Role & responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Liferay to design, develop, and maintain enterprise portal applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Java technologies along with Liferay DXP/Portal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Liferay Portal / Liferay DXP
- Design and implement portlets, themes, and hooks
- Work with Liferay APIs, services, and OSGi modules
- Integrate Liferay with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Customize Liferay workflows, user roles, and permissions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps)
- Ensure code quality, security, and best practices
