Role & responsibilities

Incumbent will require to Lead the overall academic strategy, Growth and annual academic planning of IMS Noida.

Academic Leader having capability to turnaround the overall Growth, Branding and Ranking of IMS Noida. Must be capable of generating current revenue stream in the institution.

* Drive curriculum review, benchmarking and continuous academic improvement across programmes.

* Introduce contemporary, interdisciplinary and industry-relevant learning.

Strengthen experiential, project-based, case-based and application-oriented teaching.

* Establish measurable standards for teaching quality and learning outcomes.

* Conduct regular academic audits and classroom-quality reviews.

* Build a robust faculty performance and development framework.

* Mentor HODs, Programme Leaders and faculty members.

* Participate in recruitment,



evaluation and development of academic faculty.

* Monitor student performance, attendance, progression and academic engagement.

* Establish systems for early identification and support of academically weak students.

* Integrate live industry projects, internships, practitioners and industry-led learning into the curriculum.

* Drive meaningful adoption of AI, digital learning tools and emerging educational technologies.

An academic leader who can move beyond conventional academic administration and build a learning ecosystem that is rigorous, contemporary, industry-connected, technology-enabled and

deeply student-centric.
