Job Description:

Have experience in implementing Agent Client Collector (ACC) and agent-less discovery in an organization similar to this client (complex / non-trusted network and aging technologies like mainframe and custom on prem solutions)

Have an experience on security aspects of the ACC and agent-less discovery

Be able to advise on the technical dimensions of the plan for ACC/discovery rollout

Manage and coordinate the discovery rollout technically (conversations with network/infra/)

Provide support for developers in case of any technical and/or security issues

Forsee the implications of ACC on the service mapping planned in the future

Forsee the implications of implementing Event Management in the future

Advise on security risk of ACC and discovery and the methods to mitigate them

Manage the technical documentation related to ITOM

Experienced in the use of CyberArk for credential management for ITOM/Discovery
