Hiring: Shift Supervisor Engineering | Hospital

Location: Delhi/ Gurgaon
Experience: 7–15 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics

Industry: Hospital / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations during the assigned shift.
• Monitor electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, plumbing, medical gas and other critical hospital systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of essential engineering services.
• Lead and allocate work to the engineering/maintenance team during shifts.
• Attend breakdowns, coordinate troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.




• Ensure compliance with hospital safety, statutory and maintenance standards.
• Maintain shift reports, logbooks and breakdown records.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments for engineering-related requirements.

Desired Profile:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering
Hospital / Healthcare / Facility Management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of engineering maintenance and troubleshooting
Valuable team-handling and communication skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
