Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Facade Designer who can contribute to the design and execution of facade systems, combining aesthetics with structural and functional efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop facade design concepts and detailed drawings for projects.
- Prepare 2D & 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
- Work on parametric design using Grasshopper.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project teams.
- Prepare presentations and client-facing documents using PowerPoint.
- Conduct material selection and detailing for facade systems.
- Ensure designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.




- Assist in site coordination and execution when required.

Required Skills & Tools:

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Revit
- Rhino & Grasshopper
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Educational Qualification:

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

- 6-12 years of experience in facade design or related field

Key Competencies:

- Strong understanding of facade systems (glass, aluminum, cladding, etc.)
- Good knowledge of structural basics and load considerations
- Excellent visualization and design skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
