Location: Aerocity, Delhi (Lenskart Office)
Work Model: Onsite (5 Days a Week)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, services, dashboards, and alerts.
- Perform first-level analysis and triage of infrastructure and application incidents.
- Validate alerts and distinguish actionable incidents from false positives.
- Troubleshoot common L1 issues using documented SOPs and runbooks.
- Perform basic DevOps operational activities and health checks.
- Initiate incident/bridge calls for critical or high-priority incidents.
- Identify the probable impacted component and engage the appropriate support team.
- Page and escalate incidents to DevOps, application, infrastructure, cloud, or network teams.
- Track incidents through acknowledgment, escalation, handover, and resolution.
- Maintain accurate incident timelines, shift logs, and handover notes.
- Follow defined escalation matrices and ensure SLA-based escalation.
- Perform shift handovers with clear visibility of open incidents and pending actions.
- Assist with routine operational tasks that can be executed through approved SOPs.
- Identify recurring alerts/issues and highlight them for problem management and automation.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of Linux and Windows environments.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, preferably AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, load balancers, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with incident/ticket management tools.
- Ability to read logs and perform initial root-cause isolation.
- Robust communication and incident coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational-shift environment.
