- Handle customer queries related to training administration via email .
- Assist customers with resolutions and training scheduling options .
- Perform detailed case analysis and generate system tickets
- Maintain accurate documentation of cases
- Generate daily/weekly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel
- Manage training activities on Learning Management Systems (LMS)
