Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the company's iron & steel business.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and investment decisions to optimize returns on investments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability through cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by managing relationships with government agencies.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the iron & steel industry or related sectors.
- Robust background in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, financial planning, forecasting, and taxation.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective financial management practices.
