- Accurate posting of Patient demographic, Charge Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the clients revenue cycle system. Adhere to customer SLAs for accuracy, production target, and turnaround time.
- Comply with information security policies.
- Ability to understand the impact on customers upstream and downstream processes.
- Support quality and training initiatives with a view to continuously improve services delivered
- Always Demonstrate ethical behavior.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Patient Demographics Entry, Payment posting or Charge Entry
- Solid knowledge of medical billing concepts.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts.
