Departments & Preferred Specialization

Candidates with specialization/teaching expertise in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Human Resource Management (HR)
- Marketing
- Finance

Experience

- Minimum 4.5 years of teaching experience in a reputed college, university, or higher educational institution.
- Candidates with relevant experience in undergraduate/postgraduate teaching will be preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development, academic coordination, research, or student mentoring will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Masters degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade, as per applicable UGC/University norms.
- NET qualification is preferred.
- Candidates holding a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline will be given additional preference.
- Candidates possessing both NET and Ph.D. qualifications will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in the respective subject/specialization.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Ensure effective coverage of the prescribed curriculum within the academic schedule.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career-related matters.
- Encourage students to participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, projects, and other academic activities.




- Contribute to departmental academic planning and curriculum-related activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, orientation programmes, workshops, seminars, and institutional events.
- Engage in research activities and contribute to publications in reputed journals/conferences, wherever applicable.
- Support institutional initiatives related to accreditation, academic quality, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain appropriate academic records, student performance data, and course documentation.
- Collaborate with other faculty members on academic and research initiatives.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the department/institution.
