We're Hiring: Process Owner Planning - Factory Building Projects at Aurangabad

Are you a strategic planner with a track record of driving complex factory project milestones, optimizing resources, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned from kick-off to closeout? We are looking for a Process Owner Planning based at Aurangabad!

If you excel at transforming project schedules into actionable strategies, leveraging BIM and ERP tools, and guiding project teams to hit targets on time, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Kickstart & Mobilization: Review contract documentation, lead project kick-off meetings, and build comprehensive mobilization plans across departments.
- Master Planning & Progress Monitoring: Develop project master plans, schedules, organizational structures, and resource allocation. Monitor weekly/monthly progress, identify shortfalls, and drive mitigation plans.
- Coordination & Digital Execution: Partner with BIM vendors, design, procurement, and store teams. Finalize WBS structures in ERP, review BIM models for quantity/sequencing, and update ERP to support sales targets.
- Reporting & Delay Analysis: Prepare executive MIS and BMR reports,



facilitate review meetings, maintain documentation, and lead delay analysis for Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Team Leadership & Process Optimization: Mentor site planning engineers,refine planning workflows, and align execution with client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

- Role Level: Deputy Manager / Manager
- Location: Head Office (HO)
- Reporting To: General Manager (Contracts / Operations)
- Core Software & Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, ERP, and BIM execution workflows. Solid grasp of project sequencing, BOQs, productivity tracking, and resource planning.
- Key Competencies: Leadership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, forecasting, and cross-departmental conflict resolution.
