Position Title: SENIOR MANAGER RETAIL OPERATIONS

Reports to: Team head Retail Experience (South)

Location: Bengaluru

Position Summary:

- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across FP and FOC stores.
- Maximize store performance, productivity, and customer experience.
- Lead regional business development and expansion initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand and operational standards across stores.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
- Partner with franchisees and stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.

Key Objectives:

- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations across PUMA stores.
- Manage manpower planning and recruitment of Store Managers.
- Drive sales, business development, and customer experience initiatives.
- Monitor inventory, competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Lead and develop Store Managers to improve store performance.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and retail initiatives.




- Identify new properties and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with franchise partners and institutional clients for growth opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators:

- NetSales
- Achieving KPIs
- Discounts
- Number of institutional tie-ups
- Generate revenue
- Meeting targets

Organizational relationships:

- Internal: Projects, IT, Marketing, Strategy, Retail, Finance and HR.
- External: : Schools/institutes/Fitness Channels, Store managers, transporters and Local management.

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:

- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 5+ years experience in sales and/or management.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
- Willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales target.
