Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create detailed BIM models using Revit software for HVAC systems, piping layouts, and electrical designs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate coordination of MEP services within the building structure.
- Develop and maintain BIM templates, standards, and documentation for consistent use across projects.
- Provide technical support during construction phases by reviewing shop drawings and resolving conflicts.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in BIM modeling for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with a robust understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial buildings with complex MEP installations.
