Role & responsibilities

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for sourcing, generating, and converting leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loan products. The role requires building and maintaining robust customer relationships, identifying financing needs, and ensuring a minimum of 2 loan applications (logins) per day. The CRO will work closely with customers, and internal credit/operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursement.
