1. Responsible for all operations at a Diammonium Phosphate (DAP)/NP/NPKs fertilizer production operation.

2. Plan and coordinate daily plant operations across production, utilities, maintenance, and quality functions to meet volume, cost, and quality target.

3. To ensure the target plant efficiencies are achieved for all products by daily process parameter analysis and Optimization

4. Ensuring statutory compliance with respect to plant operations

5. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, shutdown planning, and ensure spare-parts availability to minimize the downtime

6. Exploring avenues for improvement in plant performance

7. Ensuring and achieving targeted production and despatch of the different product grades of DAP/NPK

8. Deployment of manpower to ensure smooth & secure operation

Close monitoring of shutdown & start up activities

10. Ensuring availability of Pollution Control Equipment & Personnel Protective Equipment

11. Analyse Accidents & Environmental Monitoring Data and take Corrective and Preventive Actions to prevent reoccurrence

12. Driving Initiatives, Training and Timely Audit points closure

13. Carry out activities as laid down in IMS Manuals & Procedural Manual for IMS

14. Proficient in SAP & DCS operation

15. Good knowledge of product quality as per FCO norms

Preferred candidate profile:

15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Phosphatic fertilizer/Chemicals with Bachelors Degree in Chemical
