Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience to join our client's team in Gurugram. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of high-performing web applications using React.js on the frontend and .NET Core on the backend. The ideal candidate leverages modern AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate code generation, optimize refactoring, improve unit testing, and streamline debugging while maintaining high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and implement scalable frontend applications using modern React.js, TypeScript, and state management libraries.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain secure microservices and RESTful Web APIs using C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Actively utilize AI coding assistants to write boilerplate code, speed up debugging, auto-generate unit test suites, and refactor legacy code bases efficiently.
- Design and manage relational database schemas, complex SQL queries, and ORM mappings using SQL Server or PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor mid-to-junior engineers on modern stack practices and AI tool adoption.
- Integrate cloud services (Azure preferred)



and automate software delivery pipelines via CI/CD workflows.

Primary Required Skills:

Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Bootstrap.

Backend: C#, .NET Core / .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core.

AI & Developer Productivity Tools: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor for daily engineering activities (code completion, test automation, optimization, and documentation).

Database: SQL Server / PostgreSQL, T-SQL, Schema Design, Performance Tuning.

Version Control & Processes: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Skills required:

- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Azure SQL).
- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with frontend and backend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, xUnit, or NUnit).

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent
