This role is perfect for individuals who want to build a structured, rewarding career in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, and US healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in structured training programs on US healthcare systems, RCM processes, and medical billing.

- Work on live projects involving claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and credentialing.

- Support the operations team in meeting performance metrics, quality benchmarks, and client deliverables.

- Stay updated on evolving US healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Grow into a specialized or leadership role within the organization based on performance over time.

Who Can Apply?

Education:

- Recent graduates in Science or Commerce streams

- Preferred degrees: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, or similar

Eligibility:

- Minimum 70% aggregate in 12th Grade (CBSE/ICSE or equivalent)

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word

- Robust communication skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail

- Candidates from Delhi-NCR or Tier-1/Cosmopolitan cities preferred

Salary:

Up to 3 LPA (based on performance during training & assessments)
