We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to join our backend team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications, APIs, and microservices that power our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code.
- Develop RESTful APIs, integrate with databases, and handle third-party services.
- Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with UI components.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and share best practices.
- Work on CRM application modules development, enhancement, and integration.
- Debug and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.





Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2 - 5 years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js.
- Proven experience developing or maintaining CRM systems or modules.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience with REST APIs, Express.js or similar frameworks.
- Good knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Experience with writing unit and integration tests.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to GraphQL or WebSockets.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
