Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities

- Typically, the Messaging Services Analyst assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Office 365, Archiving Solutions Boundary Services Environment within Unified Messaging and Communication.
- Must have knowledge on O365, MS SharePoint Microsoft Teams.
- Assists team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.
- Administrator who specialized in Exchange On Premise (2013 to 2019), Exchange Online and Boundary Services (EOP, ATP, ProofPoint and Cisco IronPort)
- Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint,



OneDrive and MS Teams
- Handles day-to-day Incident and Request management tasks
- Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)
- Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum 6+ years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging workplace
- Working knowledge on different versions of Exchange
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management archiving solutions

Degree

Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
