Additionally, the role involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of new systems and procedures.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Robust knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into functional specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with change management principles and their application in process implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
