Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:

- Must have experience working in the Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance space for 8+ years.

- Experience working for the Big 4s or with a corporation for CaaS (compliance as a Service) or GRC (TCS, Accenture etc. has this service line)

- Must be capable to create solution for prospects and identify recent client opportunities for 2nd line and 3rd line of Defense

- Ideal to have been working as a consultant or on the Sales side for Risk & Compliance

- Excellent communicator

- Proactive and an independent results driver (with be an IC role).

Job responsibilities:

- Creating solutions/responding to RFP queries etc. for RAC

- Define Risk Management or Internal Audit related areas for position to internal/external clients.

- Support in creating a CoE for RAC (documentation, capability and capacity building etc.)

- Work with Sales/Solutions team constantly to identify opportunities.
