Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive sales growth.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO or telemarketing industry.
- Solid skills in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound calling.
- Ability to work on night shifts (US shift) with flexibility for weekend off.
