Urgent Chance for the role of Bim Engineer (CSA)

Job Summary

The BIM CSA Engineer is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines. The role involves creating accurate 3D models, producing construction drawings, facilitating multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring project deliverables comply with organizational and client standards

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Civil, Structural, and Architectural BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.
- Prepare detailed GA drawings, structural drawings, architectural plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate CSA models with MEP and other disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams in design reviews.
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project specifications,



and industry standards.
- Generate quantity take-offs (BOQ) and support estimation teams.
- Create and manage project documentation, including model updates and revisions.
- Develop as-built models and construction documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor model quality, accuracy, and adherence to LOD requirements.
- Assist in implementing BIM workflows and best practices across projects

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

- 3 to 8 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination for Civil, Structural, and Architectural projects.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, residential, infrastructure, or data center projects is preferred
