- Responsibility includes supervise, hire, and train employees, manage quality assurance programs, and strategize process improvements

- Oversee all aspects of Recruitment cycle, including evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates across various stages of hiring funnel

- Strong experience into Recruiting senior level, high demand/niche profiles basis business needs

- Monitor ongoing hiring processes and ensure timely updates to help improve internal communication and candidate experience

- Manage the talent pool for a new position by maintaining ATS and organize, categorize and filter candidates

- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and advantages, and personnel information systems





- Identify process improvement opportunities and support/lead transformation & automations projects

- Extensive knowledge of Operations methodologies in Recruitment field, ability to monitor industry trends

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources

- Escalation Management

- Candidate management to ensure a positive experience`"
