Job Description

- Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, macOS devices, and related peripherals.

- Hands-on experience in Windows Server installation, administration, and troubleshooting.

- Manage and support server roles including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print Services, and Remote Desktop Services.

- Experience with server virtualization platforms such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues across Windows and macOS environments.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network printers, Video Conference setup, endpoint management, and system administration tools.

- Perform software installations, upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Valuable understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless networking.





- Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

- Monitor, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and associated hardware/software components.

- Perform network performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and proactive troubleshooting.

- Implement and support network security controls to protect organizational assets and data.

- Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, including vulnerability assessment, remediation tracking, and compliance activities.

- Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities as required.

- Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and security monitoring solutions.
