38 years of hands-on experience in Teradata Development
Strong knowledge of Teradata SQL
Good experience in complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs and analytical/window functions
Strong understanding of Teradata database architecture
Experience with Teradata Utilities BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, TPump and FastExport
Experience in ETL development and data warehouse concepts
Good understanding of Fact and Dimension tables
Knowledge of Star/Snowflake schema
Experience with Stored Procedures, Macros and Views
Knowledge of Primary Index, Secondary Index, Partitioning and Statistics
Experience in query performance tuning
Ability to analyze Explain plans and optimize SQL queries
Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting
Valuable understanding of batch jobs and scheduling
Experience in production support, troubleshooting and defect resolution

- As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- You will understand requirements, create and review designs,



validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.

- You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.

- You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
