Job Summary

As a Security Engineer, you will help secure WazirX systems, applications, and infrastructure against evolving threats. This role involves identifying vulnerabilities, strengthening security controls, and improving incident readiness across the platform.

Responsibilities

- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Identify and remediate application and infrastructure security risks
- Collaborate with engineering teams on secure development practices
- Strengthen cloud and infrastructure security controls
- Monitor evolving security threats and attack vectors
- Document security findings and remediation recommendations

Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in security engineering or penetration testing
- Strong understanding of web, API,



and infrastructure security
- Experience with security tools and cloud security practices
- Knowledge of AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes security
- Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in high-ownership environments

Nice to Have

- Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-security environments
