About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end onboarding of US employees and contractors.
2. Collect and verify onboarding paperwork and required documentation.
3. Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and pre-employment requirements.
4. Schedule onboarding activities and ensure timely completion.
5. Maintain accurate timesheets, onboarding records, and employee documentation.
6. Coordinate with candidates, employees, clients, and internal teams.
7. Handle onboarding-related queries, issues, and escalations promptly.
8. Ensure compliance with company and client onboarding processes.

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. 1+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment coordination, or a related role.

2.



Robust communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.

4. Ability to work in a US shift/night shift environment.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,250 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,50,000 /year
