Site Manager – HVAC | Chennai

- Experience: 8–10 years
- Education: I&C; / Instrumentation & Control / Electrical / relevant engineering background
- Core requirement: Robust site execution + HVAC automation/control experience
- Must have handled at least 2 high-side chiller plant room projects
- Strong exposure to:
- HVAC systems and chiller plants
- HVAC Controls
- PLC & SCADA
- BMS integration
- Field instrumentation
- Chiller automation
- Control panels and instrumentation
- Industrial communication protocols
- Should have hands-on experience with site installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Should be able to coordinate:
- Electrical/instrumentation teams
- HVAC contractors
- PLC/SCADA/BMS vendors
- Client/consultants
- Site manpower and subcontractors
- Should be comfortable with FAT/SAT, commissioning, loop checking, I/O checking, troubleshooting and site documentation.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
