What You'll Do Drive Business Performance ● Own store sales and profitability while consistently achieving business targets. ● Monitor and improve retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction. ● Identify opportunities to grow the business through strong commercial thinking and floor leadership.

Own Store Operations ● Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across inventory, cash management, visual merchandising, and compliance. ● Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational discipline. ● Drive stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and adherence to company SOPs

What We're Looking For ● 4+ years of experience managing retail stores, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or other high-footfall retail environments.



● Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer experience. ● Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. ● A customer-first mindset with strong commercial acumen. ● Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting. ● Passion for developing people, solving challenges, and delivering operational excellence.

Pay: Up to ₹62,000.00 per month
